MODERN WEDDING CARS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

• On booking a 50% deposit will be required to reserve the vehicle (if you cancel the vehicle within 8 weeks of the wedding, we reserve the right to keep this deposit).

• Final payment will be required at the latest 14 days before the wedding.

• If the wedding is cancelled with less than 14 days notice before the wedding we reserve the right to keep 75% of the amount paid.
• Please note that we are required to charge VAT on all bookings.

General

• We reserve the right to change the vehicle at short notice due to unforeseen
circumstances but we will provide a vehicle of equivalent type. We will always endeavour to notify you if a change is necessary.

• The vehicles belonging to Modern Wedding Cars are only insured for its drivers. No other person may drive the vehicles under any circumstances.

• Clients will be held responsible for any and all damage to vehicles if caused by them or any of their guests.

• Smoking is forbidden in the vehicles and clients are asked to respect this.

• Clients will be held responsible for the conduct of any and all passengers in the vehicle at all times.

• Modern Wedding Cars reserves the right to terminate any and all services
due to unruly and / or abusive passengers.

• Modern Wedding Cars is not responsible for acts of God, mechanical
breakdown or delays caused by their clients..
